We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Pam Potoczek and Wayne Laatz for their hard work and dedication in selling our home.  From the first day that we contacted Pam,   Wayne and Pam were always available and prepared to help us and answer all questions.  Due to a loss of income, we were forced to sell our home, which eventually became a short-sale. 

During the entire process, Pam and Wayne were consistently on top of every situation.  They worked with us and with our bank, always making sure we were on track to sell our home.  The first week we listed the house, we began getting calls for showings. Pam Potoczek and Wayne Laatz deserve more  recognition than we can give, and we would recommend their services to anyone.

Dear Editor, Usually I am sure you only hear about complaints.  Today I want to send you a happy positive editorial!

Now a days it is hard to find great customer service and people that treat you with respect.  My husband and I just moved back to the Aurora area and went through a couple Realtors until we came across Wayne Laatz and Pam Potoczek.  I have been in the mortgage business for 10 years and have never found this great of a realty team to work with.  Wayne Laatz and Pam Potoczek with Charles Rutenberg Realty.  They were so professional and enjoyable.  They made a stressful task enjoyable. I know that we have made a lasting personal and professional relationship with this team.  I wish they would open a school of business for the general public to learn how real sales should be done.

Buying a home was more difficult than both myself and Scott expected, but Wayne and Pam both made us not want to give up.  They made us feel like we were their number 1 customer and focus.   The advice that was given along the way was outstanding.  Both Pam and Wayne were always willing to help us.    If you are looking for a great Realtor team, then Wayne and Pam are by far the best I have ever come across.  They will not settle until you find the perfect home and will make you their number one priority doing so.

I couldn't have asked for a better Realtor.  What I was looking for was very unique.  It also took me a while to decide where I wanted to live.  I changed my mind so often, I started to get overwhelmed.  But not Pam.  She was very patient with me and extremely reassuring.  It was a blessing to have such a professional and genuinely caring person to make this dream possible.  She was just as happy for me as I was!

A letter in thanks for all you've done for my family

I wanted to send a letter in thanks for all you've done for my family.  You instinctively picked up on my husband's signals when we were signing the paper work for the first house.  Instead of making the sale, you stopped and told him not to do this if he is having second thoughts about the house.  You asked him questions to try to find out exactly what he needed in a home and what would make him happy.  I can hardly believe that you found us a great house in a matter of a day after he explained to you what he wanted!  Thank you for all of your help and support in this new adventure!

"I couldn't be more happy"

Not long ago I was paying rent to live at Legacy at Fox Valley.  I always wanted to own a home of my own but I just didn't think I could afford to.  Then I received a postcard in the mail that invited me to listen to a free recorded message and recently, I closed on a lovely three-bedroom, two and a half bath home in a great neighborhood. I couldn't be more happy!
